Lemon Ginger Morning Sickness Tea by Secrets of Tea combines USDA Organic ginger — the most-researched natural ingredient for pregnancy nausea — with bright lemon for a soothing, stomach-settling cup. It is caffeine-free and formulated specifically for pregnancy.
Ginger tea in moderate amounts is widely considered safe during pregnancy, including the first trimester when nausea peaks. Our blend uses a moderate, pregnancy-appropriate amount of organic ginger. Always confirm with your OB-GYN or midwife.
Sip a warm cup first thing in the morning before getting up if possible, and whenever nausea strikes during the day. Sipping slowly works better than drinking quickly. Many moms also keep a cooled version on hand to sip chilled.
Both use the same ginger-based approach to settling pregnancy nausea. Choose by taste: Lemon Ginger is bright and zesty, Peach Ginger is softer and sweeter. Many moms keep both for variety since they may be drinking it daily for weeks.
No. Lemon Ginger Morning Sickness Tea is 100% caffeine-free and USDA Organic, so you can drink it throughout the day during pregnancy.

I was skeptical at first but my OB reviewed the ingredients and was comfortable with them. The sleep tea genuinely works for me — first full night in 6 months. Everyone's different, but I'm a believer.

Very Strong

"This tea is very strong so if it is your first time trying it maybe brew it for less time or dilute it. I would also recommend a snack with this something light because this did not sit well with me on an empty stomach. The flavor is great and it did help with my symptoms."

Honey B. (5/5)

Great lemon ginger tea

"Great lemon ginger tea. Kind of reminds me of lemon zinger tea. I’m not pregnant but love ginger and tea. I also liked all the other ingredients in the tea like lemon balm which is good for calming. It has a sweetness to it without adding any sweetener. Perfect for tummy aches and when sick or just whenever. Seems like a quality product. I like that like that you can get two cups of tea from each sachet as well."

Joseph (5/5)

Not just for morning sickness

"I ordered this because I have bouts of vertigo and at times, it makes me horribly nauseated. I knew if this tea was safe for pregnant mommas and babies, it would be fine for me as well. If you have a friend going through chemo, who is battling nausea, I would suggest that you look into this tea and see if it might work for them. This tea is all natural and has no preservatives. I like that it is organic and there is no caffeine. It is Halal, Kosher and has only natural flavors. This tea is FDA approved and Vegan so I feel good about using it. The ingredients list reads as follows: Ingredients (All Organic and Sanitized) Organic Ginger, Organic Rose Hip, Organic Lemon peel, Organic Lemon balm, and Organic Rooibos."

Natural herbal tea to combat nausea and support digestion and immunity

"This is a package of tea bags ready to use. The ingredients are clearly listed although their origin is not (the product says it was formulated in America, but the ingredient could be from elsewhere). This is a fairly good value for this tea blend made with organic ingredients."

Good stuff!

"We all know that not feeling well at any point in our lives is unpleasant but especially so when you're carrying a little one inside you. Morning sickness comes and goes but can be more severe/common in others. A simple aide of natural herbs or a combination of ginger and lemon like this definitely can help any upset stomach or alleviate some of the symptoms of morning sickness for example. Obviously if you're in a great deal of pain or feeling unwell a lot of the time consult your doctor because that's what they're there for. I like having non-caffeinated teas like these when I'm not feeling my best, stressed, late night wanting a hot beverage, or just wanting something warm and soothing because it's cold and grey outside. You get twenty tea bags per order which each can be reused a second time to get another flavorful cup which yields the forty servings that the product description mentions. The package I received it beautiful but looks different than the current image. They might have a variety of packaging that I'm unaware of but I like and would recommend this because it tastes great and helps! :)"

Very subtle flavor - Kind of grew on me over time

"I’m not pregnant but I have experienced nausea quite often throughout my life ever since I was a child. I like that this is caffeine-free, it’s made in USA, and it’s organic. It also includes other ingredients that helps relax your mind and body. I rarely am constipated but good to know the tea helps with that too. Smelling it from the bag ginger isn’t as strong as the lemon. However, you can barely taste either one in liquid. Hopefully we can still benefit from their properties. This might be good for those who prefer subtle tea. It tastes flowery and kind of odd to me. They aren’t wrapped individually. If they are going to do that, I think it should come in a resealable bag to keep it fresh. If you toss out the box, you will lose the directions. I didn’t read the directions carefully. I didn’t know 1 tea bag produces 2 cups of tea."
