Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

United States

  • FREE standard shipping on every order, no minimum required. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): available at checkout for an additional charge.
  • We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide, including Singapore, the UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and the Gulf. International Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days.
  • Your rate depends on your order total, and the more you order the less you pay per item:
  • Orders under $40.00: $16.99
  • Orders $40.00 to $79.99: $13.99
  • Orders $80.00 and over: $8.99
  • Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping outside the US costs us the same whether you order one tea or three, so a multi-pack or a bundle is much better value than a single box.
  • Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in what you pay us.

Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected automatically based on your address and shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at contactus@secretsoftea.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace or refund your order. (We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or severe weather, but we'll always make it right.)
