Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)
- FREE standard shipping on every order - no minimum required. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): available at checkout for an additional charge.
Carriers
- We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected automatically based on your address and shipping method.
Where We Ship
- We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time, and we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at contactus@secretsoftea.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace or refund your order. (We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or severe weather, but we'll always make it right.)
