What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship standard, expedited, and two-day in the continental United States. Outside the continental U.S. we only offer standard and expedited shipping.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Generally yes. Unless shipping to your country has been prohibited by the U.S. Government. Also, as we grow our network of distributors and retailers worldwide – we may direct international sales to a local reseller.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We really wish we could answer this definitively. Unfortunately, especially with international shipments – shipping times vary. Standard shipping typically arrives in 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days internationally. Two-day shipping arrives in two business days (in the continental United States).
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and now Pay with Amazon too.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Unfortunately, the window to change an order is relatively short due to the automatic processing of payments and our rapid shipment packing. If you wish to change or cancel your order, call customer service at 800.270.1974 (U.S.) or 646.761.1951 (Int.) as soon as possible. It’s likely editing your order will require voiding your existing order and beginning a new order. Cancelling an order can be completed easily up until the order ships – after it ships, we’ll have to treat it as a return.
Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is not necessary to place an order. Though we do suggest it since it makes future orders quicker and simpler.
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box at https://www.secretsoftea.com/order-tracking/ and press return. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
How Can I Return a Product?
Simply contact customer service by telephone between 9am and 5pm EST by calling 800.270.1974 (U.S.) or 646.761.1951 (Int.). Or email customer service – a response usually takes one business day. Returns usually include a complete refund (less shipping in some cases).
